Great feed-back, thank you!

Thank you to all of those who have completed a feed-back form, it gives me a good insight into what motivates you to exercise and what benefits you feel from Pilates classes. It is also good to know which components of the class you enjoy in particular,- although sessions will of course always need to be balanced and will inevitably contain some of your “not-so-favourite” exercises. We can’t just eat the steak without the veg 🙂
